• A deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of your stay will be charged at the time the reservation is booked. The balance will be due on the day of arrival.
• Upon arrival, the hotel will place a $250 credit hold on your card to cover incidentals, potential damages, or smoking fees.
• The hotel accepts credit cards, cash, and checks. Please note that checks must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival. A 3% convenience fee applies to all credit card payments.
• There is complimentary parking for one vehicle per reservation.
• Service Animals are always welcome. Unfortunately, we do not permit pets or emotional support animals.
• All units are non-smoking.
• Guests must be at least 25 years old, or accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation Policy:

• 15 days prior to the date of arrival you will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of $25.00.
• 14-7 days prior to the date of arrival you will forfeit the deposit of the reservation.
• Less than 6 days prior to the date of arrival you will forfeit the cost of the entire stay.
